Jennet took off the apron and placed it on the preparation counter. She lifted her head, stealing a glance at the unkempt Hue, who sat on the chair with his back to her. His long hair looked like a haystack as he refused to comb them. He refused to eat, resulting in his weight loss. His skin also had gotten duller and his face sunk like a skeleton. He looked nothing like him before Jennet went for the trip.

Jennet approached him and sat in front of him. Hue turned his face to the side, unwilling to meet her eyes. He still harbours anger at her when he recalled the moment when she went out with Luca Tybelg back in Country N.

Jennet tilted her head to the side, looking at him as deeply as possible. "Husband, can we talk?" her voice softened.

Hue didn't reply to her. He kept silent and stayed mum before her. His sulky expression was readable by Jennet's keen eyes.
