Bab 69: ENGAGEMENT PARTY 4

A white Rolls-Royce stopped at the entrance of a building and a pair of heels stomped out of it. Beverly was fuming with rage, unlike her sister who appeared to be calm and relaxed, "Welcome back Madam." The butler greeted them, but the two girls were in no mood for that.

"Where's Father Timothy," Maya asked falling on the couch.

"He's yet to be back madam." Timothy crossed his hands together as he responded. He was very careful not to upset the ladies, he know what they were capable of.

"How can Alex embarrass me before that nonentity Maya?" Beverly started moving back and forth.

"You acted too desperate. I would treat you that way if I were him." Maya said nonchalantly. She knew this would happen, when a man gets involved with a woman regularly, he is bound to get attracted to that woman.

"Too desperate? Reminding him of what he promised is too desperate?" She glared at her sister.
