Bab 11: Chapter 11
As Syl was on his way to the bathroom he happened to walk past a random bench.
"You should watch your back." A voice reached his ears.
Syl turned around confused and looked for the source.
"Over here." The voice beckoned him.
Syl finally noticed the beautiful girl sitting on the bench in a very relaxed manner.
Syl smiled politely, still holding it in… he really had to go!
"What do you mean by that… no more importantly. Who are you?"
"Just a wandering beauty." She said with a smile.
Syl laughed. "REALLY? A beauty? Where?" He said as he brought one hand up to his eyes and used it as a visor to look around.
"Fufufu. It seems you must be blind." She commented.
Syl sighed. "Yes, yes. Whatever is your name, oh beautiful one?!" He said in an exasperated tone while throwing up his arms.
"Fufu. You're certainly… unique. Sujin, is it?"
Syl sighed. "Just call me Syl, I used to be Canadian so it's weird to hear my last name."
"I traveled to Canada once. Whistler mountain. I actually liked Blackcomb more. Though I wish it was more of a challenge…"
"You ski?"
"Just a passtime."
"Never thought I would meet a skier at this school. What a small world."
"Fufufu. You have no idea how true that is."
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"You're a cute kouhai so it would be a shame to see you leave early."
Syl raised a brow. "You say that like I'm in trouble?"
"Take it however you want."
Syl smiled. "I'd rather take that wandering beauty you mentioned earlier instead… if only I could find her…" He sighed sadly.
"Fufufu. You wish."
Syl chuckled and walked away. He was really pushing it. The seal was about to burst!
As he walked away he heard one word.
"Kiryuin."
He smiled to himself, what a unique person to meet so early on. Does this mean he's on Nagumo's list?
Syl made it to the bathroom. When he looked in the mirror he saw his own twisted smile.
"Things are finally starting to get fun. Hahahahaha!"
He quickly slapped himself in the face and wiped the smile off his face. He didn't want anyone to see him like this.
When he made his way out of the bathroom he couldn't help but notice the person staring at him. What an eventful day!
He just pretended nothing was amiss and activated his stealth skill. Within 15 seconds his little stalker completely lost him and he deactivated the skill. So useful!
Syl made his way back to the group and rejoined the conversation. Talking about everyone's private points and this and that.
Eventually everyone went home. It was a good day so Syl decided to do a spin!
[Ding! Host has received. (enhanced smell) [god] x1]
"Well, it could be worse…"
Syl glowed yellow for a moment before he gagged.
"I smell so bad! Why didn't anyone tell me! No girl is gonna want me at this rate! Gotta shower!"
Syl showered for 2 hours that day and washed up at least 15 times…
The next day!
Syl showed up to class and watched Chashibara walk into class with a slight smile on her face.
Everyone started freaking out. Was it raining upward? Maybe it was opposite day! Chashibara never smiles! Maybe it's the end of the world!
Horikita in front of Syl just raised a brow, Ayanokoji had no reaction.
"You all have spent exactly 1 month at this school. Congratulations on staying in school."
"..."
"You all have checked your balance, I assume."
Everyone except Syl nodded. He hadn't so he took out his phone to see 124,674 points.
He frowned.
He should have more.
He raised his hand.
"Yes, Mr. Sujin?"
"How many class points do we have?"
"I was just getting to that. You currently have 541 Class points and are still class 1-D. I assume I don't need to explain what class points are to you all?"
The whole class nodded.
"Then let's get on with class."
Yuimura raised his hand. "Is there anyway to change classes?"
Chashibara was silent for a moment. "If you pay 20 million private points you may transfer classes."
"What?! 20 million? Has anyone even done that before?"
"No, I believe the most points collected by a single student was 16 million, but he lost those as he was found to have committed fraud."
"Why do I have to be stuck in the worst class? I have good grades!" Yukimura mumbled.
Chashibara answered his unheard question. "You all have been put in class D because you scored the worst results when entering this school. Everyone was put into classes based on their results. The fact that you still have 541 class points is a miracle. It is the most that any class D in the history of this school has had thus far. Congratulations."
The class didn't feel very good about this. They almost lost half of their class points! In one month! What happens next month??
What Chashibara wasn't telling them was that due to the first year students learning about class points too early their behaviour was all too perfect. So they made each foul worth 10x what it usually is. Which means that in reality they should have lost less than 50 class points this month.
Yukimura and a few other students argued with Chashibara about the fairness of this school and so on while Syl was looking at the screen in front of him.
[Ding! Host has received 5 draws from class points! Host will receive these every month as long as your class points stay the same!]
'If they go down?'
[Host will get less draws!]
'If they go up?'
[Host will get more draws!]
'Is it just one for every 100 class points?'
[Correct!]
'I see. Spin 5 times.'
[Ding! Host has received. (Sleep token) x2, (Survival talent) [world class] x1, (Blue Bunny slippers) x1, (enhanced hearing) [medium] x1]
'WOAH! That's huge! The uninhabited island test will be a breeze now! Hahaha! Sys I love you! But… what would I ever need Blue bunny slippers for? I already have great pink ones!'
[The pink bunny slippers are actually meant for females with a system. You got them by mistake… Would you like to trade them in?]
'No way! Are you crazy?! Those are the best things you ever gave me! Take these stupid blue one's back!'

'Spin again!'

'Cool! If only I knew where some ice was… Maybe I'll get it in a spin!'
