Ethan began to shape the magic iron called Shat Li, an iron that when treated with a special solution is really flexible. He threw that solution made of fresh herbs and mana stones into the furnace and melted everything. The temperature of the furnace was really high.

He had to be very careful to follow the pattern of the mold. The mold only served to pour the hot iron, but Ethan had to be very careful with the thickness of the glove and after it cooled with cold water he had to hit it with his hammer so that it could be more flexible when it cooled completely.

Also, after doing that he had to immediately place the mana stones. 

Ethan was extremely concentrated and managed to make both gloves successfully, making it flexible and having the mana he would need later to save the wearer's mana.
