Bab 153: Secrets Kept and Secrets Revealed
Gabi was acting strange when she came in to heal Rune. She did her job properly but directed a lingering gaze at his manhood. He found it both flattering and embarrassing, but he did not blame her for it. He figured she probably saw a bit of the intimacy between Luna and him, which sent her into heat.
Now that I think about it, we never closed the door after we came back to the bedroom last night, did we?
It was completely understandable. A beastman's more animalistic instincts often dictated their actions at times. If anything, it was his fault for subjecting her to that sight due to his carelessness. It probably didn't help that he was fully erect right now, either.
He was at least covered with a blanket now, but her healing hands occasionally brushed up against it. During a few of those times, Rune almost thought he saw her appearance 'flicker.'

Tasty_Dragon What do you think about Luna's decision to keep her pregnancy a secret? They are all still young, so I think it is pretty fitting for them to have these moments where their line of thinking is not completely correct. Still, I am curious to hear your thoughts.
Also, the second novel has been dropped indefinitely. It was too difficult to balance both works, and I would prefer to see this story through to the end. If you were someone who was following that story and enjoying it, I apologize. I did save the chapters in a backup file and may go back to it in the future.
