Bab 93: Chapter 93 In the Queen's room

As soon as dinner was over, King Desmond headed straight to his room while the maidens escorted Princess Mira to hers. Without hesitation, Margaret followed him to his room and to her utter amazement, she found the king tucking himself in for the night.

"Your majesty, what do you think you are doing?" Margaret asked as she approached him in the room.

"Helping myself to sleep of course. Or do you want to spend the night with me? There is room for two," Desmond sarcastically replied while he continued to adjust the blanket on his body.

"What happens to your medicine? You haven't taken your medicine. Have you forgotten that you are supposed to take it in the morning and at night?"

"Oh really? I forgot. That is why I have someone like you. So that you can always remind me and help me take them."
