The weather on Monday was nice, and summer days dawn early; the sky was already bright around six in the morning.
Passing by the sky bridge, an old man selling sweet potatoes had already started vending breakfast from his cart, which was also sweet potatoes, and there were quite a few buyers coming and going.
Beyond the sky bridge was a small square in front of the emergency department. The neon cross of the emergency was quite conspicuous. An ambulance was parked at the entrance, and a patient was being brought out from the back. It didn't look like a trauma case; the emergency doctor kept performing heart compressions as the stretcher was converted into a flat trolley and pushed toward the emergency hall. The doctor accompanying the ambulance jumped onto the trolley and knelt in a straddling position to continue the compressions; it seemed to be an acute heart condition, and now the heartbeat had already stopped.
