Bab 143: THE BIRTH OF A SHAMAN

[OKAY, I didn't expect this to happen.]

Yujin knew she could purify the black smoke that engulfed Hwang Seok's body.

But she thought she could do it silently.

She didn't expect that her hand would be engulfed in white light. Then that white light extended to Hwang Seok's hand and quickly spread until his entire body was covered in it.

All the while, Hwang Seok was screaming and writhing in pain.

"Moon Yujin!" Mr. Seo called her name in shock, then he stood up while slamming his hands on the table. The way the teacher's eyes widened in disbelief was clear proof he could see everything clearly. "What are you doing to Hwang Seok? Stop that!"

[I'd love to, but I can't…]

She couldn't pull her hand away even though she wanted to. Unfortunately, she had a feeling that she could only withdraw her hand once the purification was done. And she could tell the purification wouldn't be ending anytime soon.
