Hearing this Sam stopped making Kirti confused "Sam? babe what happened?"

Sam closed his eyes shut taking a deep breath before opening his eyes again as he sat down on the edges of the bed. "Fine. Read it , I was going to let you read it sooner or later."

Kirti felt like he had stepped on a land mine and neither could he take a step back nor could he just walk ahead making him a bit nervous about how to respond. He stood there dumbly unable to decide when Sam patted the on the spot besides him.
