Bab 120: Hikaru vs Fallen Angel

[Because of that, Fallen Angels are extremely rare, even the number of Fallen Angels that I know of are not more than 10, however, they are  extremely powerful.]

As Hikaru listened to what Rika said , his thoughts about Fallen Angels were renewed,as he had thought that any  angel could become a Fallen Angel.

However, if it was as Hikaru thought, then the number of Fallen Angels would be infinite, and the God Realm would be in chaos.

Although he didn't know the truth, he felt that Rika's explanation made sense. As his former planet had laws and the police existed, so the God Realm would have something similar in place .

On Earth, everyone must obey the law, and if anyone broke the law, then they would be caught by the police and punished by the law. Therefore, if a criminal avoided or resisted the arrest of the police and the law, then the criminal would be classified as extremely dangerous and he would be treated as equivalent to an S-class terrorist.
