"What do you mean?" Hikaru asked.

Anno looked at Hikaru a bit confused; however, she patiently explained: "You don't know?"

Hikaru shook his head.

"You…" Anno originally wanted to say something but then stopped. She stared at Hikaru for a while and then explained: "Talent cards do exist, but they are very few. Most people don't even want to sell them or use them to trade."

"Perhaps you don't know, but a talent card is like a family treasure. People who own them usually only give it to their family members; however, only those with really high potential can get access to the talent card."

"The Talent card is like a kind of portal that opens for those who cannot use mana to enter the world of magicians."

As Hikaru heard this, he immediately understood what she was trying to explain to him.

Imagine talent cards were weapons like guns, and on Earth, if everyone could own a gun, what would the world be like?
