"So, you have no problem with your siblings marrying into the Jade family, "Esmeralda concluded. 

"Yes, "Ethan said with a nod. "As long as it is Ronan and Kierra, I have no objection. They have known each other since childhood.  They can marry into our family."

Now the real question was asked, "But one of you can't marry into their family?"

Seeing the look on his face, she did not need to ask him anything else. Well, he had his moments of hypocrisy but she could not blame him. He could give love and acceptance to any female of that family but would they reciprocate the actions?

He was quiet. As he knew that he could not give an answer to this question. Would he be able to see Selene entering that family? It was not even a question. If there was one ultimate truth it would be that he would never let this happen as long as he was alive. He would never be able to see this happen. He would rather die than let this happen. He only had one sister. How could he see her killing herself?
