Bab 68: Thinking for her niece

When Esmeralda and James were deep in conversation, someone was standing on the dark balcony, holding the railing tightly. Ethan had come out to make a call to Esmeralda, he hadn't thought that he would see her near the poor area talking to a boy. 

From their body language and her free laughter, he could see that she was enjoying the guy's company. He didn't know what came over to him but on the dark balcony, he stood there watching the two people talk with each other even though he could not understand a thing. 

After a long time when his phone rang in his hand, he returned to the room. The work that he wanted to finish early was delayed once again. And this time, he did it intentionally. 

Downstairs, Claire and James' mother were talking to each other.
