Bab 197: Blood Contract

Kate could only answer weakly. She looked at Kyle in front of her and lied weakly while putting her head on his arm. Even though she didn't know how to solve this problem, she knew that she was tired because she had overdrawn her ability.

But shouldn't she just feel weak?

Why did she feel dizzy instead?

Looking at the little cat that was half dead, Kyle was even more worried than before. He himself was tired because he had been using his entire power when facing that rank 7 giant mutated rat, but he had been training in the military.

Back then, no matter how tired he was, he had to complete the training if he wanted to rest. Thus, his mental and physical strength had been fully trained.

But the girl in front of him was just an ordinary student before this mutation occurred. How could she be able to force her body to be in the optimal state. Even if she knew that she had to stay awake, it wouldn't be easy for her to do so.
