Bab 9: Becoming a YOUTHFUL STUDENT
The next day, I came to the place where Gai Sensei runs while doing a handstand very often. Thankfully I didn't disappear yesterday.
Soon, I came in the view of a 'Young' youth running while doing handstand and shouting 'Youth' wearing green spandex. Knowing and seeing things are vastly different. I hesitated for a moment and approached him. As sensing me, he stopped in his track and stood up.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE YOUTHFUL FLOWER!"
I decided to talk with him in the same manner.
"PLEASE TEACH ME TAIJUTSU!"
"YOSH! WHAT YOUTHFUL LADY! LET'S BURN THE FLAMES OF YOUTH! LET'S START WITH 100 PUSH UPS!"
Looks like he is testing me. Heh! I have been doing this to improve my strength all time.
"YOSH! I WILL DO IT!"
In front of the crowd, we started doing push ups.
"LET'S RUN!"
"YOUTH!"
We did YOUTHFUL workout all day and only then he asked me, "BY THE WAY LADY, WHAT'S YOUR YOUTHFUL NAME!"
"NAME'S SAKURA! AGE 6! ACADEMY 1ST YEAR SIR!"
"YOSH! YOU CAN COME EVERY SUNDAY MORNING! LET'S FAN THE FLAMES OF YOUTH TOGETHER! LET'S RACE TO YOUR HOME!"
"YOSH!"
And then we raced home (me running home and him following). It was fun shouting YOUTH all the way to home. This was the first time I enjoyed training this much. It was only the first day and I was already infected by his youth. He dropped me home and went his way. I told mom that I got the best Taijutsu Jonin in village to teach me. But mom just pinched my cheeks for disturbing the neighbours.
I didn't have much energy so I just ate some food and went to sleep.
The next day, my whole body was in pain but I still endured it and went to academy.
"Fight me!"
Sasuke appeared out of nowhere as soon as I entered the academy.
My Youth-O-meter became empty and Troublesome meter got filled.
"Troublesome "
And I ignored him. He ruined my youthful day. Hmph!
