Bab 239: CHAPTER 239: The Demons' Claim

Aella's heartbeat picked up when Lumen's face fell drastically. She didn't know how a person could have so many different expressions running through her face under a single minute.

She could barely keep up with any of them, making the nerves in her tummy to tie tighter as she worried about the fate of Bane's feather.

Surely, it couldn't be anything bad. Right?

"Could only mean what, Lumen?" Aella asked silently, not wanting to startle the Witch out of her thoughts.

"It has finally happened!!" Lumen exclaimed loudly, causing Aella to jump from the chair out of shock.

"Dear heavens," she held her heart and breathed out.

"W-What has happened?" 

"Why, what we have been waiting for all these years!" Lumen gripped her shoulders before releasing her immediately.
