"N-No? What do you mean by no?!" the angel belted out with bulging eyes.

"A term that denotes a negative answer, which connotes denial, refusal-"

"I know what a no means!" the angel snapped and took a deep breath as though he was trying hard to calm himself down.

"What I mean is why would you refuse me?" he demanded but Aella kept the same bored look on her face as she answered.

"It is my home. I am not entitled to give reason for letting someone in or not," she let out before she moved to walk past him.

"I never knew humans were such ingrates!" he yelled after her but she continued with her path.

"I mean, after such a huge favour, the least you can do is invite me to your home for a few days but no, you have to turn me away so brutally!" 

Aella shook her head at his dramatics but didn't look back.
