Bab 163: CHAPTER 163: The Offer

"I command you to open that door now, Banelion, or else!!!" Aella bellowed as she stormed down the second floor after him.

Bane stopped which made her also pull to a stop abruptly as he turned back to stare at her.

"Or else what? What are you going to do?" Bane's golden eyes seemed to be daring her to talk.

Aella was taken aback by his words which made her blink and look anywhere but him. Why did he always have to make her so flustered?

"I thought as much," he smiled victoriously and all she wanted to do was smack him across his smug face.

"Come, I want to give you something," Bane surprised her by taking her hand in his as he walked into her room.

He closed the door behind them and moved further as he gestured for Aella to sit on the bed. She did as he said and didn't argue as her curiosity was piqued now. She wondered what he wanted to show her.
