Bab 62: CHAPTER 62: The Stare

Aella's cheeks felt violated…in a figurative sense. She could feel both sides of her face heating up so much that she could feel pain at some point.

Her heart was even worse. It was beating like a frantic drum which was being played by not one of the best players.

Her chest was rising like she was out of breath and her throat felt clogged like she was parched and devoid of water.

The male's arms were around her as he moved them both upstairs with her legs dangling in the air.

What made her so modest that she could barely say a word was the fact that his glowing golden orbs remained on her face without a break like she was a new piece of jewellery that he couldn't get over.

And he was smiling as he stared at her!

Aella couldn't begin to comprehend what was so amusing that he couldn't get rid of the smirk on his lips.
