Sherry and Melanin were still standing nearby at attention, waiting for my instructions.

"I thought you girls went to get backup?" I asked, remembering those were my instructions when I separated with them earlier.

"We did, Young Mistress," Melanin answered before gesturing towards a specific direction. "There's about fifty of us gathered there. We would have rushed in but we found you sitting here so we thought we would approach to assess the situation first. Do you still need us?"

Woah… If I'm not wrong, they left for barely five minutes and they managed to gather that many people so quickly? Just how many of our maids are around here?

I scratched my cheek, "Well… Umm… Sorry to waste your time then. Since I managed to deal with him already."
