--(One Year Later)--
Gin was wheezing, gasping for air as she was facing Rudra, his sword drawn, but had miraculously been sealed by [Entertainment King Dionysus]. Though Gin was still not able to win the battle, or land a direct hit on Rudra.
"Well done. You're pretty good now. You just need more experience battling different opponents," Rudra said, glancing down at the sitting Gin.
"Yeah! You've really grown up this past year!" Velgrynd cheered from the side.
"You're swordsmanship has improved by leaps and bounds, matching some of my single digits. And your magic and skill usage has improved by even more. I think you just need to wait a little longer until you naturally finish growing up, as well as getting more powerful subordinates, before you evolve," Rudra added.
With Gin finally being recognized by Rudra, even though her EP Value only increased to 651,989, her battle strength was most definitely reaching that of a Millions class being who doesn't have full control of their power. Being able to combine Skills, Magic, Martial Arts, as well as Swordsmanship, and use them efficiently in the middle of battle was something that not very many beings were able to accomplish, but Gin had done just that.
"Thanks for all the help you've given me!" Gin yelled, bowing her head once more, but instead of in desperation, it was in thanks.
"No, its not a problem. If fact, I still think that you've helped me more than I helped you," Rudra replied.
"I'll miss you little sister!" Velgrynd said lovingly, knowing that Gin had to go out to see the world.
Walking Gin to her room to get her belongings and then to the outskirts of the city, Velgrynd was spending their last few minutes together hugging Gin tightly and not letting Go.
When they finally reached their destination, Velgrynd left Gin with a kiss on her forehead, and said, "Remember, Rudra is giving you a year before he takes action and launches a wide range attack across the whole world. You need to grow stronger and stay safe," before teleporting back to the palace.
On her own for the first time in a while, Gin decided to start her plans of exploiting her future knowledge behind the scenes.
Her first stop was the the yet unformed Puppet Nation Jistav. Kagali, although not the strongest, was still important, as she held the link to Yuuki Kagurazaka. Not to mention that she was Gin's current neighbor, and it would be a good idea to establish ties with them to indirectly trade with the Eastern Empire.
Flying overhead, Gin listens to [Great Sage]'s reports on the growth of [Entertainment King Dionysus].
{ Received. The Ultimate Skill [Entertainment King Dionysus] is composed of nine main effects.
[Full Inventory]: Takes target into isolated space. User does not need to be physically touching the object as long as their Magicules are surrounding the object. Lesser chance if the target is sentient. Guaranteed to work on non sentient targets. Objects in [Inventory] are unaffected by the passage of time. User can freely manipulate all items in the inventory, breaking them down into smaller components, or combine them into larger ones.
[Analytical Appraisal]: Analyzes all targets, but is more effective for those taken into inventory. Living things can also be analyzed. When used on living things, Basic information, status condition, strengths, weaknesses, and Existence Point Value (EP Value) of the person being analyzed will be given. For objects, if the required materials are in the [Inventory], copies of analyzed objects can be created. Successful analysis of the casting of magic or skills has a chance of allowing the user to learn the targets skill or magic used. Beings who agree to be the user's subordinate are automatically analyzed.
[Missions]: User sets a goal and a mission can either be automatically or manually created to guide user to achieve the goal. When a mission is completed, user gains a small increase in their stats or an increase in Magicules. There is no limit to how difficult or easy a mission can be, but difficulty effects how large the reward is. Missions can also be assigned to subordinates, but must be manually given. There are no penalties for missions, but if a mission is canceled, than no matter how much of the mission is complete, no rewards are given. Multiple goals can be set at the same time, and each goal can give multiple missions.
[Limited Plot Armor]: The more pressured the user is, the faster the user can grow. If users are cornered and need a skill to get out of the situation, a skill can be created (limited to regular skills, extra skills, and resistances).
[Entertained one]: The more entertained the user is, the faster their rate of growth. When subordinates entertain the user, the subordinate can also have an increased growth rate if the user allows them. When entertained, all of the user's stats are temporarily boosted by how entertained they are. When someone bores the user, the target receives a debuff on all stats depending on how boring they are.
[System Chain]: User can pass a system onto subordinates, which is similar to the Unique Skill [Entertainment] except is still linked to [Entertainment King Dionysus]. Though the system, the user can pass on or take away skills and Magicules.
[Artifact]: Analyzed objects can be turned into an artifacts, which is an upgraded version of a weapon or tool. Artifacts can be freely controlled at any range as long as their is nothing obstructing them from the user. Control includes boosting or sealing, their effects, observing the user, storing them in [Inventory], and remotely controlling the artifact.
[Universal Sense]: User to perceive everything within a certain radius.
[Law Manipulation]: Gains total control over physical and magical phenomena.}
After listening to the newest notification, which was the upgrade of [Magic Manipulation] to [Law Manipulation] and being added to [Entertainment King Dionysus], Gin felt pleased. Her strongest attack was incorporated into her Ultimate Skill, which would allow her normal magic attacks to be boosted to a new level.
Non-awakened beings would stand absolutely no chance of blocking her attacks that incorperated the effects of an Ultimate Skill, and with her new skill, weapons, magic, and long ranged attacks would have no effect thanks to [Full Inventory].
Although she had no way of hiding the skill from other Ultimate Skill users, as long as she didn't encounter Guy too soon, she wouldn't have anything to worry about. And once at least one more Unique skill evolved, she would be able to mask [Entertainment King Dionysus] with the other Ultimate Skill.
Mentally going through tactics to avoid Guy's copy ability, Gin neared her destination.
Looking down at the vast land beneath her, Gin guessed that the border between the Great Forest of Jura and the Puppet Nation Jistav was the break between the trees and the plains. The Puppet Nation seemed to already have a decent population, but was not yet the size that it was in the anime. Plus, it seemed that the majority of the population was not slaves yet, as that must have happened when Clayman took charge.
Crossing the boarder, Gin felt that she had stepped into someone's radar. A slight magical aura was thinly spread all throughout the area, allowing whoever was controlling it to sense an intruder.
When Gin was landing as to show that she didn't mean any harm, a small purple figure wearing a sad clown mask leaped into the scene, landing right in front of Gin.
As if she had sensed Gin's enormous strength had outclassed her own, although Tear still showed some immaturity, she acted kindly, not taunting or throwing out jabs.
"Ha Ha Ha! Welcome to our humble land. I'm Tear, right hand to the lord of this land."
Acting kindly, but at the same time showing dominance, Gin simply said, "Hello. I'll wait for whoever's in charge to show themselves."
And with that, Gin crossed her arms under her chest and released a small amount of her aura, but had greatly overpowered Tear, as she had only recently been born and has not learned to utilize her powers to the max. (A/N: Read the authors note at the end before you comment about Tear not being this week in the anime.)
Tear fell to the ground, as the aura was too strong for her to handle.
Gin felt that Tear had sent a telepathic message to someone, and using [Detective], Gin read that the message only consisted of one word, "Help."
Correctly assuming that this message was to Kagali, Gin uncrossed her arms and released her aura, only having to wait a moment before the leader of the clowns had arrived.
As the masked masculine being approached, Gin looked in interest, as she had never seen Kagali in her Kazaream form. Her unique mask, which had a serious face painted on it, covered her supposedly horrendous and disfigured face.
Starting the conversation, Gin asked, "I assume you are being known as Kazaream?"
"That is correct. What can I do for you ma'am? I assume there is a reason for you to appear here, out in the middle of nowhere," Kagali asked politely
Smirking, Gin replied, "That's correct. I've come here to offer a deal."
"Oh? And what's that?" Kagali asked, intrigued.
Standing tall, domineeringly, Gin declared in a loud voice that caused wind to blow out of her mouth, "Become my subordinate!"
Hesitantly, since he didn't want to upset the more powerful of the two, Kagali cautiously responded, "And if I refuse?"
"Hear me out before you make a decision. My offer greatly helps your situation Kazaream, or should I say Kagali?" Gin said, making Kagali surprised.
"In exchange for becoming my subordinate until the end of time, I shall remove the curse placed upon you and restore your appearance. I will also give you assistance when you need it, as you would come under me."
Hope sparked, Kagali desperately said, "You can do that? If you can, then I would pay any price in the world."
Raising her right hand at the desperate man, Gin's index finger was thrusted forward towards Kagali's forehead. Her finger first reached the mask before it stored it in the inventory the moment it looked like they touched. Then, Gin's finger reached its destination, touching Kagali's forehead.
When Kagali had first arrived, Gin had analyzed her, and [Great Sage] had come to the conclusion that with [Entertainment King Dionysus], it would not be a problem to remove the curse.
As they touched, Gin activated her Ultimate Skill's [Law Manipulation], which allowed her to change the effect of the curse into a blessing. Instead of freezing Kagali's body into Kazaream, Gin changed it so that Kagali's original form of a beautiful elf was the one being frozen. She also added to the blessing that her form couldn't be forcibly changed except with her own free will.
With this, Kagali's body emitted the white light of evolution, and her form quickly shrunk. Her clothes became too baggy, and her mask fell off.
But this didn't upset her, as Kagali's eyes teared up from happiness.
Analyzing Kagali one more, Gin saw that she stayed as a Deathman, or an Undead Elf. But her Magicule levels had increased, going from a high A+ rank to low Special A, but still below that of Gin.
On her knees, Kagali started crying for real, extremely grateful that her savior, Gin, had saved her.
It took half an hour for her to calm down, and it was very obvious that Kagali would be loyal to a fault. Changing from her oversized robes into a black gothic dress, Kagali and Gin were ready to move on and continue speaking about their deal.
"In exchange for my helping you, you don't need to do much. I want you to keep our deal a secret, and only Tear may know about this deal. In the future, when I need something, I'll send you a secret message. By the way, what are your goals for the near future?"
Thinking for a moment, Kagali answers, "Well, I want to make a few more Deathmen, around 3 or 4 more."
Hearing this Gin realized that the others hadn't been born yet, which was why only Tear showed up.
"That sounds like a good idea, but make sure they don't learn about our deal." Gin didn't want to be associated with Clayman, but Laplace was pretty cool in Gin's eyes.
After talking for a little longer, Gin revealed that their countries were neighbors, with Gin being just southwest of here.
Talking about possible future trade deals, Gin and Kagali talked well into the next day, until Gin headed off to her next destination.
