Bab 69: Chapter 69: We Have Officially Gone Public

What a difference one week can make. It was almost impossible to imagine that this was the same University that I had been attending since the beginning of the school year. It was incredible to me to witness the change in all of these people.

The same ones that used to whisper and snicker and point and stare as I passed them a week ago, now, well, whispered and pointed and stared still. But there were very clearly different undertones to it this time.

It was like everyone had just done a complete one-eighty on how they treated me.

It was still a little unsettling, especially when I came to class late, like this morning. If I was on time, then I could just blend in with the entire crowd, not perfectly, but a little better. But when I was late, like I had been this morning, then I would be forced to walk into an ongoing class, and everyone would look back and see that I had just come into the class.
