Bab 436: WANDERING THOUGHTS

"MOTHER!" I yelled my voice filled with fear as I rushed towards where my mother was on the bed still coughing, her white blouse now stained with blood.

I watched in horror as my mother's coughing fit escalated into violent convulsions. Panic surged through me as I realized the severity of the situation. It was starting to get serious and I had no idea what to do.

I stared at the door with a note of desperation in my tone. "HELP! SOMEBODY HELP ME, PLEASE!" I frantically called for help, my voice trembling as I urged the maids to rush to our side and summon the healer.

Madea soon came through the door, gently pushing me away from my mother who had not stop convulsing. Tears streamed down my face as I sat in a corner, feeling utterly helpless. I could hardly recognize the woman writhing in pain before me as my mother. The thought of losing her, just as we were beginning to spend precious time together, was unbearable.
