Lord Garret stared at me clearly fuming with anger, "You dare to challenge my authority?"

I scoffed at him while rolling my eyes, "What fucking authority? You are just a mere lord for crying out loud talking authority like he is a god or something." I muttered under my breath.

"What did you say to me?"

I looked up to see Lord Garret staring at me with a look of disbelief on his face. I smiled sweetly at him, "Well since we are on the matter of challenging authority, how about to we talk about you challenging my authority? I am queen after all, I've got royal blood in my veins and sorry what are you again?"

Lord Garret snarled at me before turning to look at Azar. "Are you going to let her talk to me like this?"

"How about you leave my husband out of this? This is about you disrespecting me in the presence of others!"

"Disrespect? I only seek to correct a mere servant for his incompetence!" Lord Garret snarled in anger.
