Bab 350: SOMEONE'S GOING TO PAY

Matthias stared at me with his brows furrowed together, even Brenda and the rest shared a look with each other. I made my face remain blank, making sure not to give them anything. No emotions at all, anything that would indicate that I was lying to them. All I needed was for them to believe me, I didn't want to drag Ivan into this mess not until I know exactly what we are battling with.

"You still have his runes on you!" Matthias said his gaze roaming over my exposed arms.

I twisted my face into that of disgust. "Believe me if I could tear my own skin off myself, I would."

"Oh, I could help you with that, nothing would please me more." Brenda said her lips turning up into a creepy smile.
