Bab 154: SENSE OF BELONGING

I spied Tag'arkh sitting on a rock as she stared at the lake lost in deep thoughts, clearly oblivious to my presence. I smirked at that as I crept closer to where she was. I moved stealthily so as not to aware her of my presence. Sword in hand, I continued moving towards her and when I saw her cock her head to the side, I quickly paused at that, making sure not to breathe as well. I didn't want her to hear me, when she turned back to stare at the lake, I paused for a minute.

Certain she was still oblivious to my presence, I moved towards her. With a small smirk on my lips, I leapt out of my hiding place, sword raised high and I brought it down on Tag'arkh who immediately turned at the last moment and brought her two flaming swords out to block my attack.

"What the hell Arianne?" Tag'arkh screamed at me.
