The dots started to connect in Sil and Dezhong's minds, both now having a slightly more concrete idea of what their enemy intended.

Their perspective changed after fragments of the Shadow King's consciousness spoke through Dezhong, providing information on what he knew about CRAIN.

As soon as he spoke, Sil realized that the enemy was far more sinister and had a much darker desire than he had thought. All along, the Shadow Being believed that the Dragon Daeva was hellbent on vengeance, seeking a medium to unleash his revenge on humanity. He thought Daeva was seeking a way into the Shadow Realm to break Eva out and save her so they could enslave the Over World and erase Humanity, just like what he had planned in the Fire Man's Era.
