"W-where… w-what is this thing... sh-shoot it... shoot it, shoot it, SHOOT IT!!"

The other two hitmen withdrew their weapons and began opening fire at the dark figure, which suddenly sunk into the ground. As soon as its claw came out, the injured hitman fell to the ground and began to bleed profusely. Not wanting to die, he applied pressure to his injuries in order to stop the bleeding.

"Did that thing just sink into the ground?"

"It's a mutant, and it's trying to stop us from the mission," the hitman with a gun said to the other, who was attending to their injured comrade. "Make sure he doesn't die. I'll deal with this thing on my own."
