"Pretty sneaky bastard," she said, pissed. "I hope your human still has some strength in them because the most exciting part is yet to come," she added before clapping.

Suddenly, they heard growls and the thumping of feet from the forest.

"Let's see how you will survive this, Adam," she said, laughing, and returned to her seat on the top of the castle's roof.

Just as he feared, Adam saw the Lycans, the first breed that Amelia infected when she was first shifted. Unlike her, these breeds can't keep their human form and ability to think.

"What are those?" Saladin asked him.

"The second curse, but do not fret. Lilith will come to our aid," he said.

The newly arrived beast joins the fight. Unlike the Alpha Elders, these mad wolves are so strong that it breaks easily when they snap a human's body. They feasted on the fallen's body, but for those who were bitten and still alive, Adam attacked them.
