"Why should I take off that collar?" Virgil's question infuriated the white Amaris, prompting her to unleash her light power, especially since the collar's effect prevented her from using her darkness power, and a bright white light enveloped her body.

A light sword appeared in the white Amaris' right hand, and she immediately thrust it towards her. However, she was shocked as soon as Virgil grabbed it and absorbed her light power, making the white sword and the white light that enveloped her body disappear instantly. "How can you do that?"

"Haha." Virgil laughed softly at the white Amaris's question. "As I previously mentioned, the winged-race bloodline still flows through my body despite my transformation into a demon, and I naturally retain my abilities as a member of their race. Unlike you, who inherited the power of light through their gift, I was born with it. That's why your light power is a mere child's play in front of me, and I can absorb it very easily."
