Ale and Xion, the two of them stayed seated in that branch for another good minute without either of them saying anything.
Ale brought his knees close to his chest and hugged his own legs as he leaned his head slightly to the side.
Resting his head on his knees, Ale looked at Xion, who was lost in thought ever since Ale told him about the public execution.
*chuckle*
"Do you not know what to ask next? We don't have much time~"
Ale teased.
Xion gave him a quick glance before going back to looking ahead once again. His expression looked like he didn't know what to do or how to handle Ale anymore.
*sigh*
"Are you ignoring me?"
Ale asked, knowing he was to fully blame for this. If only he had managed to act normal in front of Xion, then this day would've never come.
"I'm not."
Xion answered his question quickly and to the point while still staring at the darkness ahead.
