Ale was wrong.
He thought he wouldn't have to worry too much since Rudy was with him.
Since the hero was here, he thought most of the attention of the nobles would automatically go to Rudy and his party.
He was wrong. Not only because Rudy decided to dim down his presence and blend into the background, but also because he stood out too much wearing that pure white suit while all his men wore their pitch-black uniform and stood around him.
'This is bad, isn't it?'
Ale thought to himself as he saw the nobles continuously eyeing each other, just waiting for an opening to approach Ale.
"Young master Ale, it's so good to see you after such a long time."
Among that ocean of unfamiliar faces and uncomfortable stares, a familiar voice called out to Ale from the back.
The knights moved away, giving way to the first person that welcomed their master with a genuine intention.
