Bab 100: Let's not run away

"H-how do you feel right now, young master?"

Kevin asked, trying to figure out the reason behind Ale's unusual state.

"How do I feel? Hmm.. like blowing up the entire city till nothing but dust remains?"

Ale answered as he smiled sweetly, his head slightly tilting to the side, an innocent expression plastered all over his face.

"...?!?!?..."

Everyone stared unblinkingly as they tried to get over the shock of Ale's unusual reply.

*RUSTLE RUSTLE*

But right at that moment, as if sensing Ale's unusual state of mind, something small from inside his pocket started wriggle.

"Papa?"

Little Light came out of Ale's pocket and called out to him. Since the two of them were connected in soul, Light could detect any and all changes occuring in Ale's condition. He was worried.

"Hm? Ah? Light?"

Ale looked down slowly. The moment his eyes met with Light's, he finally regained his senses.
