Bab 68: Burning Village

"You're really okay?"

After Ale used his healing powers to treat his own injuries, his first concern was the well-being of the demon he was riding.

"Yeah. Like I told you."

"But how...?"

Xion really was okay. Just like the last time when Ale used his area heal inside the cave, Xion showed no reaction to his power at all.

Normally, using light attribute would cause not only physical but also mental damage to the demons. They'd go crazy, berserk and lose their mind completely in case of long exposure.

It was even worse for healers. Using heal on demons was the same as using curse on humans. Their flesh and bone would burn and melt till there'd be no trace of them left anymore.

The only reason the humans couldn't use the healers to deal with the demons was because they were extremely weak, physically. Since they couldn't weild a weapon or protect themselves, they couldn't be used in war either.
