"What did you mean by your mother sending you instead of coming by herself?" Alessandra asked, not offended by her words like Alfred thought she would have been. 

"My mother wouldn't have missed a chance to work for the duke, but when rumors were going around that it is you he married, she quickly changed her mind and sent me instead. She does not think the dresses I make are good, but I am still a Potter and since the duke requested a Potter, she had no choice but to send me," Erin explained.
