Édouard felt delighted to see Philip's and Katherine's graves. He did not have any complaints from them since they were no longer alive. His pledge and promise to give the honorable tribute to Philip and Katherine were completed. He was contended to find he had a twin brother.

As they returned to the palace, King Christian told Damien he had to go with Igor to the Barnard family home, which also piqued Édouard's interest.

"Why should I go, Your Majesty?" Damien inquired.

"Because Suzanne is your betrothed. You must see her, and present her the betrothal gifts before the marriage happens," Christian asserted and gazed at the Queen. "What do you say, My Queen?" He decided to take Anneliese's opinion as well.

"His Majesty is right. Prince Damien should go with Igor," Queen Anneliese agreed with her husband's suggestions.

"I understand," Damien said and lowered his head. Christian instructed Igor before walking ahead with Anneliese.
