Bab 109: You were my dream

Édouard dried his hair using the towel and hung it around his neck. Charlotte was seated on the leather sofa in front of the fireplace. He sat next to her and put away the towel.

Charlotte took him by surprise as she rubbed her hands before placing them on his cheeks. "Your cheeks are cold," she said in a low voice.

"Now, they have turned warm," Édouard said and lowered her hands. "Rainard destroyed such a sweet moment between us," he murmured.

"Are you still into that? He was worried for us," Charlotte said.

Édouard caught a few of her hair strands and inhaled its scent. "Which shampoo did you use?"

"Do you also want to use it?" Her brow arched.

"Perhaps if you wash my hair," Édouard said.

Charlotte amusedly smiled at him. "You have already washed up. I will do it some other time," she stated.

"What about tomorrow morning?" Édouard asked.

"Sure," Charlotte agreed to him. She rested her head on his shoulder and brought her legs up.
