Days passed by just like that and Qin Yan's first year of study was completed.

As the car glided through the darkened streets, the interior was illuminated by a soft, warm glow from the dashboard. Xi Ting and Qin Yan had just finished their date night and were now on their way back to Qin Yan's campus.

Qin Yan's eyes shone with a hint of amusement as she glanced at Xi Ting, who had a faint smile on his lips.

The silence in the car was comfortable, filled only by the hum of the engine and the faint sound of jazz playing on the radio. Qin Yan reached out and turned up the volume, and they both tapped their fingers lightly to the rhythm of the music.
