Bab 550: Vision (Part 2)

Kaizen was stunned by the revelation of the divine woman called Aelon. His heart raced with the anticipation of finally finding the answers he so desperately craved.

He looked at Aelon, trying to decipher the serene expression on her face, searching for any clue that might help him understand whether she could be trusted or not. There was no way to know what she wanted, nor what she actually was, but did he have any other choice?

"I... I am ready to discover and understand the true purpose of the King's Sword," Kaizen replied, determination evident in his voice. "I can trust you."

Aelon nodded with a serene smile, understanding Kaizen's resolve.
