Bab 275: Guardian of the Forest

Along with the serene noises of falling grains of earth, Kaizen felt a great pressure in the air, as if something was about to explode. He turned around and saw that the forest guardian had moved a little from his position after standing in one place for so long. Now the guardian was standing upright, his armor glowing brightly.

"Don't you dare speak to me that way, stranger. I have protected this forest for centuries and I will not allow anyone to mock my duty, even if it is a foolish visitor like you. Now, leave this place before I am forced to take drastic measures." The voice echoed with a serious and threatening tone.

Kaizen quickly raised his hands, showing that he had no ill intentions, but he did not remove his sarcastic smile from his face. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend you. I just wanted help, if possible."
