"Cheojin-ssi, about your family?" The doctor asked, and he visited Jamie for a daily check-up. 

"I don't have a family. Uhm, they died in an accident." The doctor nodded his head in understanding. 

"You are twenty years old but the hospital still needs the guardian's signature about your confinement. Do you have any guardians or friends that could help you out?" The doctor asked gently but Jamie shook his head. 

"I didn't want to tell them. I don't want to bother them in any way. I will be fine. I'll sign the waiver. I can truly handle it myself so please, I didn't want to burden them furthermore." Jamie pressed his lips together and the doctor sighs but his eyes look at him in sympathy.
