Liam Yancey glanced at him, the sharpness in his eyes missing nothing of the peculiar expression on his face.

He waved his hand, Henry Taylor understood and immediately closed the door to leave.

"You're very punctual." Liam Yancey strode to the liquor cabinet, one hand in his pocket and the other pouring a glass of red wine. He turned his head towards Clarence Simons, "Care for a glass?"

"I've already had a pot of coffee..." Clarence Simons smiled warmly, a flash of something odd crossing his face.

Actually, he hadn't finished his sentence. The latter part was: 'you're just now arriving,' but he didn't dare to utter it.

"Do you have something to say?" Liam Yancey hooked the corner of his mouth, sneered coldly, and carried his wine glass to sit on the sofa.

He took a light sip from the glass, the liquid inside brilliantly crimson. His dark eyes scanned Clarence Simons' hesitant face.
