"Ah..." Tara Summer let out a low moan, feeling her body suddenly lighten. Before she could gather her thoughts, she already found herself sitting on his lap.

Her cheeks heated up, blushing a deep red. She, being naturally bashful, instinctively glanced at the direction of the driver's cabin. Seeing that the partition was closed, she let out a sigh of relief.

"What are you doing?" she complained, "Can't you sit properly?"

She started squirming, trying to free herself from his grasp. Liam Yancey, with his arm securely wrapped around her, held her firm.

"If you keep wriggling, I can't assure you what I might end up doing." He squinted his eyes, a dangerous message brewing within them.

Tara Summer shrank back, immediately sitting quietly, stiff as a board and not moving at all.

"That's better." Liam Yancey, satisfied, playfully pinched her waist, curving his lips in a friendly way before tending to her bandage.
