Bab 22: Chapter 22
Ari heard someone calling for help, they were now banging on the door and pleading for help. Ari peeks out the glass seeing three men standing there with looks on there face saying they are not in distress besides the act they put on.
" Carra when laws are no longer enforced, mans true nature will show and these men are not here for help. Watch your back and do not turn your back on them or let them close, take a shot if they come at you." Ari said while taking Carras hand and making her stand behind the couch with her back to the wall.
" don't move from this spot, if they get near you and you tell them to back away, if they don't shoot them. If they go for a weapon shoot, do not second guess or we will die and they do not live here. I've met the family next door and the other neighbors are older people beside Kalae." Ari said while walking closer to the door, she looks out of the glass to see three men in their twenties, one man was forcing a smile on his face and the other two had shifty eyes.
" what do you want, we are not here to help and if you live nearby we were only stopping for a rest" Ari said watching the men the youngest one steps over to the glass, while glancing behind him.
" my parents live next door, my brothers and I got away from some creatures who killed our parents" the man said while Ari sneered at the obvious lie, she looks back at Carra and she nods her head taking aim with her gun. Ari opens the door while aiming her rifle at the three.
" Arms up and move into that room" Ari said while the three men shuffled into the living room to be met with another rifle aimed at them. Ari backs away from the men and pulls out her 9mm with the silencer already screwed on. She shoots the knee out on the older man, his screams echo throughout the house.
" Sam !" mike screamed while holding pressure on the mans leg, Ari points the gun at all three of their heads with a menacing smile on her face.
" Now since you admitted to being next door at the Stephen's house, where are they and their daughters" Ari said while the man continues crying and she shoots him in the head.
" ehh I never thought he'd shut up !" Ari said while the other two mens faces went pale, as they look at their friend in the floor with a bullet hole between his eyes.
" ok you've got ten seconds to do three things one drop your weapons, two tell me the plan of your friend out back and three about the family next door." Ari said while aiming the gun at one of them, they quickly drop the handguns and knives. They had tears running down their faces, Ari kicks the weapons toward Carra and she picks them up.
" he wants to ambush you all when we seperate the two of you, the parents are dead and the two girls are next door" Mike said while staring at the gun, she shoots him in the shoulder and he cries out in pain.
" Shutup or I'll kill you, now did you all rape the girls" Ari asked catching the two off guard, their expressions told her everything she needed to know. She shoots the one in his other shoulder and both his knees, then shoots the other one in his stomach.
" your filth !! You will die bleeding out and you will tell me of how many is in your group and where you come from. The man outside what he has on him and how many is left of you." Ari said then a gunshot from outside gets her attention, she shoots the one with the gut shot in both of his hips.
" Carra watch them, stay away from the windows and keep your eyes open" Ari said while closing the doors on the fire place, she looks outside to see the man running back to the house. She exits out of the back door to see a older man laying on the ground, with a gun shot to the right of his chest and shoulder.
Ari drags the man into the house, she notices a wound on his neck of two holes.
" Carra come in here " Ari said while checking the mans pockets, she pulls out a map with over a dozen marks and notes on the map of places they've already robbed or ones they plan to do the crazy things they do.
" mo-monster.... Don't tr-trust men n-do..." Tom said while coughing up blood, Ari pulls out a pack and tears it open. She pours the powder over his gun wound and bite mark, sheets up and goes into the kitchen closet bringing out a rope, she cuts three pieces, she ties the man she dragged in and then tied up the other two.
" start patching him up " Ari said already tying him to where he's leaning against a big wooden table, she dug out the shells, then made sure nothing important was hit sewing him up then administrating some iron since that's all she had along with Ari hitting him with a small amount adrenaline where he opens his eyes.
" only trust Arnold, one handgun left and one rifle.... Arnold needs one barely alive maybe bitten since it's a compound some Drs and a butcher set up.. our families are being held or will die, a lot of the people only think or know them being strict that families have left or individuals. He'll hid the girls with the pistol their father had to protect them on the girls loaded with the ammo... help Arnold and those girls save our families. " Tom said looking at the girls get up and knows she is highly trained from just her movements, you're a seal or were you can do this and I can tell you kill without hesitation to people that hurt yours or innocent ones so maybe a detective or cop after you got out.
" I wasn't a seal for two to three years when I turned eighteen and yes I'll help I'll save what little bit of humanity I or we have left in this world plus my place is big enough to help people that will protect and pull their weight " Ari said seeing that it's not just a blood bite they've came across able to save but the thing infected him so it was a high class creature that can spread their disease.
" have you seen another woman this woman here " Ari said showing him a picture tat made his eyes go wide with fear, Ari knew right away that Alarm was something else now.
" she's not like the others... she's special like her master is " Tom said coughing up more blood that started getting a black tint to the red, she pulled out her nine inch blade then smiled softly at him.
" to apologize for my fiance doing this to you and for you helping those girls that I will help your family also Albert's if the girls fell me the right thing will determine his fate " Ari said as he thanked her closing his head then nodded as she stabbed him in the heart leaving the blade still inside as she pulled out a single handed axe chopping his head off then retrieved the weapons.
" we need at least one fixed up to make the trip to that camp acter we get those girls, we know what the other man looks like so shoot to paralyse his ass if needed... then you and Arnold will protect those girls while we look for Kalae but do not shoot her.... please let me talk to her one last time or see if she is still there, I'll put her down if needed. " Ari said holding Carras hand knowing that Carra would kill Kalae to protect her and she don't need that not with Kalae for some reason she knows this in her heart.
" hell she might not even show herself tonight because of this and she is different.. special from what Tom said " Ari said nodding her head as a tear ran down her cheek as Carra hugs her tightly kissing her temple.
" let's get this done so we can bring Kalae home with us " Carra said and Ari could tell she meant that as she watched Carra start working on the man who was more corropative and had a better chance of making a couple days then the other one would.
They had them tied up as Ari dragged the one dying to the basement door then pulled him down the steps putting him a few feet away from the bottom of the steps, she caught a scent she always smelled on Kalae so she walked over to where the scent was the strongest seeing a washer and dryer.
" Kalae... baby I need you no matter what you are I want you with me " Ari so bed out wiping her tears away getting some clothes of Kalaes that was in the dryer, she sniffed the clothes then carried them upstairs putting them inside the bags she was making for Kalae along with personal items she'd want to keep.
" I'm going to the bedroom to grab some of her stuff " Ari said walking down the hall carrying a bag and a box as she filled some of Kalaes favorite stuff inside with her stuff animals that Ari won on their dares along with perfumes all her jewelry when she came across a ring box that was made of n oak wood that had their names carved in different languages with a woman who claimed to be a witch drew the runes they laid for which Ari put over a dozen on them for her fiance who she was to much of a coward to break up with her so she left joining the military before missing her family after getting good and laid very well she wanted to help people though.
" I'm definitely going to find you " Kalae as she heard noise inside the closet so she rushed over thinking she'd find Kalae who is to fast to let Ari see her, she can tell that Ari can feel her like she does with her along with Carra.
" Kalae please come out, I know it was you and I don't care I'm not mad " Ari said taking the first picture of them they took together as she boxed all of their belongings along with their pictures.
" I'm taking all of this with me so if you want them come home to me " Ari said also grabbing some lingerie that she loves when Kalae wore stuff like this and slammed it inside the box then stormed out of the room mad sitting the stuff near the front door.
Carra nodded toward the large window as Ari traded her weapons taking the AK-47 with the sniper rifle after locking the doors and windows, she tied the guy up they need them pulled him inside the closet.
Carra sat her two guns with extra mag in front of her with the safety off as she lines the scope seeing a man frantically looking around the first floor of the beach house.
" Tom said the truth Arnold is hiding with the girls " Carra said as Ari made her way out the front door closing and locking it as she sneaks her way two houses down, she found the basement window open.
" well I see how they got inside " Ari said quietly jumping inside as she made her way up the steps to hear a man shouting while breaking glass and other things inside the home.
Ari opened the door then took a few shots to the man's spine biting three spots avoiding major blood vessels as his body went limp to the floor, Ari took the hand gun away from him as she glanced around.
" GIRLS !!! it's Ari umm Kaes fiance well technically still her fiance " Ari said as she heard the attic door screech down a she ran up two steps at a time seeing the girls who started crying when they seen her so she held them both Tightly while watching Arnold closely.
" has this man helped you and protect you two " Ari asked as the girls nodded their heads then made contact, Ari remembers one being called Alyssa while the other was is Rae.
