All the workers in the mansion were educated and high professionals in their field of work. Mrs Macy, who got the chance to meet the master of the Morghans, Edward Morghan, explained to Rory how the man was a perfectionist and didn't want anything to go wrong in the mansion.

Edward Morghan was the only member of the family the workers had met in person until his untimely death. The rest they had just seen their photos when Edward brought tons of them in huge frames to be hanged in the mansion.

The workers were aware of the fact no other family member knew about the mansion, and that there was going to be a big day to reveal it to them all.
