Bab 387: "Lola Hussey, where are you?"

Now that they were out, the signal from the tracker grew stronger. Indeed, the sound of the helicopter propellers was getting closer.

Ethan shook Lola awake and pulled her down, hiding in the reeds.

The reeds around them were tall and, once crouched down, they could completely conceal their figures.

Fitzroy Sullivan shook Lola again: "Hey, pauper, stay awake, there are people coming to rescue us."

Lola was dazed, hearing Fitzroy's voice, her eyelids drooping with exhaustion. She had run too hard and had no strength left in her body: "Who's coming to rescue us?"

"Ethan Ainsley! Your brother! Your dad! They're all coming to save you!"

Lola struggled to lift her head, using all her remaining strength to shake it: "Are we waiting for rescue here? What are those people kidnapping me for? I still don't know... their purpose in kidnapping me..."
