Chapter 64: Candidate Tournament 

Zed counted the needle-like knives zooming through the air.

'12, split evenly to attack both my right and left sides.'

Zed no longer dawdled as he advanced forward without equipping his weapon which he had stored in his dimensional ring.

The knives glistened as they approached Zed at an incredibly fast speed.

The female cultivator smiled after seeing that her opponent showed no intention of defending and simply advanced towards her.

With a grin, she pulled with her arms and the knives magically altered in the air and closed in on Zed.

Zed glanced around him and saw that the twelve knives had surrounded him, all zooming closer in a spiraling pattern.

The spiraling pattern made it harder for one to know which way to defend.

'Go!' The female cultivator's fingers clenched and a wiring noise followed.

Vrrr!!

The knives' sharp edges pointed towards Zed and instantly closed in on him.
