Bab 497: Won't punish them

Jenifer's face crumpled at her audacity of speaking rudely with her and in the heat of the moment she raised her hand, ready to slap her for her arrogance, but before her hand could reach her face, Mia blocked it.

"Are you out of your mind" Mia surprised by her sudden action, stared at Jennifer in disbelief. It took her a second to gather her thoughts before returning to her usual self and she jerked her hand away.

Jennifer stumbled on her feet but the rage in her eyes didn't stop. She wanted to tame this rude woman who suddenly dared to speak against her. But instead of being scared of her, Mia looked more furious than her.

"You-" she was about to burst but Mia quickly stepped forward as if cornering her and she lost her voice the next moment.
