The hair on Leon's forearm rose from that gut-wrenching scream. Something about it felt different and heinous. Like Wolfe was not just in pain…..

But had gone completely mad. 

He turned to Saluki to see his reaction to this, and he was just calmly watching Leon. Like some happy spectator on a show.

Leon gritted his teeth and rushed out without a word, knowing very well that this chamberlain had anticipated this.

He did not care for stealth this time and what mattered was that he reached his lover. As he reached the room.....

He found Wolfe hugging himself under the blankets, his eyes bloodshot and bulging. He was shaking incessantly, and seemed to be scratching himself. 

Leon went by his side. "What happened? Did Bao come to this room?"

Wolfe did not answer, and continued rocking back and forth. 

Scratch! Scratch!

Leon tried to gain his attention by putting his hand on his shoulder. Then—
