Bab 38: A Deal To Be Free (Chapter 38)

In the previous Chapter 37,

The next day, they have breakfast together and Robert looks better.

The butler prepares the weapon for Placido, Danny, and Joe.

They left after their breakfast to fetch Adeline.

Danny had read the map routes to Placido's house before driving.

Placido says, "I will get Adeline into the car, Joe you will carry her belongings."

Joe says, "Did any of you notice the black car had been following us."

Placido turns around and looks.

While Danny looks in the mirror.

Placido says, "Hurry we need to get rid of the black car."

Danny quickly drives in a zigzag manner, "Hold tight!"

Placido and Joe tightly grip on the handle.

Joe says, "Wow, it's like in a movie or drama."

Placido says, "Get a grip of it! This is not filming. You better not die because it's not like in a movie or drama."

Joe is shocked because of how serious this is.
